Jeff Prior is the Founder and President of JWP Strategic. After leaving the retail industry Mr. Prior joined a successful boutique executive search firm as their Managing Partner successfully driving top line growth. He developed successful relationships through connecting with executives and managers at all levels and functional areas that lead to a demand for his leadership and services.
Previously to the search industry Mr. Prior was a successful entrepreneur in the retail industry founding and operating retail furniture stores. He started his career in the banking industry as an analyst and eventually moved into sales which lead to his transition into retail. His understanding of the demands placed on business performance through having the right talent in the right role gives him the vision that drives our success.
Nate Witsman joined JWP Strategic as Manager/Recruiter, with 14 years in the executive search industry. His focus has been placing mid to executive level Engineers and Sales professionals with manufacturers, OEM’s and system integrators.
He partners with companies to build technical teams and serves professionals to find the next position in their career progression. He believes in a highly technical approach when working with hiring authorities and candidates. Nate’s focus is recruiting those with either PLC/HMI programming to DCS, SIS migration experience including SCADA, MES and IIoT experience across controls platforms. He has also specialized in focused roles including SCADA Programmer, Motion Control Specialist, Safety Controls Engineer, and MES Programmer. Nate worked with companies in Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, CPG, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas verticals. He partners with companies serious about winning the Talent War by growing their Engineering and Sales Teams with a proven path of success to a company’s search.
Sean has provided consulting and leadership services to several Fortune 500 companies for the past twenty years, both internationally and in the US. His primary focus has been managing and implementing large scale deployment and transformational projects, and as a result he has been involved in the assessment and staffing on these efforts.
Prior to working with JWP Strategic, he was building a rich network of generalists and specialists in the ERP and transformational project areas, and is now using those to help companies to reach their goals on several fronts. He recognized an industry gap to provide quality, skilled, pre-screened resources that effectively match against the required skill set of the hiring organization.
Key among the goals reached by our partners are: shortened time frames to fill key roles by fully understanding the needs of the roles, matching those needs to an existing network of candidates, and following through to ensure successful delivery of the best possible resources. The vision was to become a cost effective partner with companies to ensure a win-win and allow our partners to reach their goals.
His responsibilities are in business development, skills assessment and mapping, and relationship management. He is also a certified Project Manager.
